EGNC CDF - Competency Development Framework
EGNC CDF was developed with input from the BCS Skills for the
Information Age (SFIA) and our employees to define and illustrate the
skills and knowledge required to perform duties defined under their IT
job roles as well as the support systems necessary for effective
learning and development outcomes. It has been used by our employees to
date to help guide their skills progression as well as plan out a
tangible career pathway within the IT Scheme of Service.
The elements describe below are the competencies we envisage our
employees to ensure readiness to undertake the job roles assigned.
