Talian Darussalam 123 (123.gov.bn) is a 24 by 7 national call centre for non-emergency services provided by the Brunei Government for the citizen.

 

What we offer:

The Government has implemented a National Call Center - Talian Darussalam 123, facility in order to provide and direct the public to information and/or the appropriate resources, and to manage all of the Brunei Darussalam non-emergency services and information requests to Government, non-Government services, and to provide Brunei citizens, visitors and businesses with accurate information, convenient, prompt and reliable access to Government and non-Government services all of the time.

 

The National Call Center facility is to serve as a central all-purpose call center facility that the public through an easy to remember phone number 123. Live operators would answer calls and efficiently direct callers to the information or resources they needed 24 hours a day and seven days a week including public holidays
