THE E-Government National Centre (EGNC) marked its 10th anniversary with the EGNC Charity Walk, Run and Cycle at the Taman Haji Sir Muda Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien in the capital yesterday.
Joining in the activity was Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) Dato Seri Setia Haji Awang Abdul Mokti bin Haji Mohd Daud, in his capacity as the guest of honour.
The walk-and-run event was held along a 3.5km stretch, while the cycling participants rode along a distance of 10km.
In addition, the minister handed over a mock cheque of BND$8,597.20 to President of the Society for the Management of Autism Related issues in Training, Education and Resources (SMARTER) Brunei Malai Haji Abdullah bin Malai Haji Othman.
Permanent and deputy permanent secretaries at the PMO; Director of the EGNC Mazriyani binti Haji Abdul Ghani; and children from SMARTER Brunei were also present.
