Instead of remembering different passwords for different websites, BruneiID lets you log in quickly and safely using standard verification methods such as biometrics via your mobile device. Eligibility:
BruneiID is available all Brunei residents with a valid Identity Card:
- Yellow IC holders
- Purple IC holders
- Green IC holders
How to register my BruneiID:
Setting up your BruneiID is designed to be a seamless and self-service process that takes only a few minutes to complete:
- Download the BruneiID Mobile App
Download the official BruneiID app from Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You may also check the install page via:

Open the app and click “Mobile” to start the registration process. Follow the on-screen instructions and scan the back of your Identity Card. You may
also manually input the details. - Face Verification
Perform a quick face verification scan using your phone’s front camera to confirm your identity. - Set 6-digit PIN
Set up a 6-digit PIN that you will use to authorise transactions and access into app features. - Receive your Digital ID
Once completed, your Digital ID credential will be issued directly to your device, ready to be used.
