1. Firstly, every Government Ministry must appoint Authorising Officer (AO) and Point-Of-Contact (POC) officer. It is recommended to have at least 2 AOs and 2 POCs at every Departmental level. IT Department to take the lead.
2. A memo / letter of appointment together with the completed application form must be submitted to:

You are advised to send an email on details of the appointed officers to onepass@egc.gov.bn.
3. Download the appropriate application form. Submit the completed application form for AO and POC together with a photocopy of Identity Card (IC). Photocopy of IC must be signed.
4. Deployment of ONEPASS token to other users in that Department / Ministry can only be done once the AOs and POCs of the respective Ministry / Department have been registered.
5. Once registered, they will need to be verified and certified by an appointed representative of EGNC. Then only you will be issued own ONEPASS token.
6. Users must submit appropriate application form in person to the appointed and registered POC for ID verification of the respective Ministry / Department.
