Ministry Point of Contact (POC)

·         Should be a trusted Security Officer of the Ministry as it involves reviewing sensitive information and handling of digital identities

·         May appoint Sub POC(s) to assist Ministry POC if the number of users is too large. 

 Authorizing Officer (AO)

•        Typically a senior officer (minimum B2) in the Ministry.
