  • Use of Digital Certificate Discontinued
  • Transferred / Resigned / Retired from the Ministry
  • Death of Subscriber

Request for Revocation using the appropriate forms available:

  • OPF03 - Digital Certificate Revocation Return Form for AO POC
  • OPF04 - Digital Certificate Revocation Return Form for User
