Every ONEPASS subscriber must inform EGNC for any changes in his / her details such as:

• Unit / Department
• Office address
• Contact number

But the subscriber still remains at the respective Ministry.  For those who has been transferred / resigned / retired from the Ministry, refer to ONEPASS Management – Revocation.
