IT Human Resource (HR) focus on planning and career development of IT manpower in the Civil Service. It strives to provide optimal utilization of the IT HR and effective management of IT HR in the Civil Service.

OBJECTIVES 

    • To be able to provide up-to-date & reliable information on IT personnel in government
    • To identify the number if personnel doing ICT related functions but not holding IT positions
    • To identify the IT skills lacking among the ministries and departments

ROLES

01   IT HR training and development in the Civil Service - Promotes and organizes the education/training activities of IT HR in the Civil Service. E.g Professional Certifications and Career Development.

02   Responsible for all IT personnel deployment to ministries and departments.

03  To provide effective briefing and training for every IT personnel on Concept and Methodology
